Reservations (PLEASE READ)

Reservation Terms & Conditions:

Changes or Cancellation: Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time. 

Late Cancellation: Attempts to cancel within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged a "Reservation Penalty" fee* for the customer.

No-Show Policy: Failure to appear (No-Show) for the reservation will be charged a "No-Show" Fee.*

Holding a table: The Reservations are for holding a table/room, if you show up but decide to leave right away without ordering (Dining) or singing (Karaoke), there will be a "Reservation Penalty" Fee* for the customer.

Reservation Hold Time: Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes from the original reservation time.

Cancellation after 15 Minutes: Failure of guests to arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time will result in the cancellation of the reservation and will be charged a "No-Show" Fee.*

Restricted Dining Time: Dining time will be limited to 2 hours, commencing from the reservation time. Please ensure all guests arrive punctually.

Partial Attendance Notification: In the event that half or less than half of the originally reserved number of guests arrive, and no prior notification is provided 24 hours before the reservation, there will be a charge of a "Reservation Penalty" Fee.*  (e.g., Initially reserved for 16 people but only 8 or fewer individuals arrive)

Menu Restrictions: Since tables with BBQ Grills are being reserved, reservations are limited to specific menus, including Happy Hour BBQ (during Happy Hour), Regular BBQ, Deluxe BBQ, BBQ Combo, or the All You Can Eat BBQ menu.

Prompt Start of Karaoke Time: The allotted karaoke time will begin at the reservation time. Please ensure all guests arrive punctually.

"No-Show" Fee & "Reservation Penalty" Fee for 6-10 People: $100
"No-Show" Fee & "Reservation Penalty" Fee for 11-15 People: $150
"No-Show" Fee & "Reservation Penalty" Fee for 16 People or more: $200

"No-Show" Fee & "Reservation Penalty" Fee for Large Room (Up to 15 People): $100
"No-Show" Fee & "Reservation Penalty" Fee for Party Room (20+ People): $150
